difficult entrance no apologies
Breakfast was excellent. The grounds were lovely to walk around and the location was good for accessing the city.
Finding the entrance was difficult. I drove around for ages. Reception did not answer the phone when I called multiple times for directions. I booked a twin room but received a double room instead. The staff member did not apologize when I had to change rooms.

I loved the beautifully dressed entrance vestibule. It felt magical! the outdoor pool was fantastic. The staff were friendly and efficient! i appreciated the history evident in every room and the lovely surroundings.
The coffee machine in the room had some dust. It slightly impacted the morning coffee experience.

The hotel manager helped us with our bags to our bedroom. I found the entire team to be very helpful and professional! the staff ensured a warm and cute atmosphere. I was thrilled.

I found parking at the hotel very convenient. The bathroom was roomy! Christmas decorations looked beautiful. I enjoyed the lovely bar and lounge areas. The staff seemed very friendly and cute, a big plus.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited.

road directions non-functional fan
The road directions on the website require updating to reflect current closures. The room I was allocated had a distinct lack of sufficient power sockets. (I had to unplug lamps to charge my devices.) the bathroom extractor fan was non-functional and there was mold. (It was quite unsightly, actually.)
